This estate is no longer served by a Communal Boiler as of 2011. All flats on this estate have an individual boiler installed within each property. Leaseholders and Tenants are responsible for paying their own Heating/Hot Water bill and are at liberty to choose their own Energy provider. For tenants – if you have problems with your Heating/Hot Water – please call Contact Camden 020 7974 4444 to report the problem. For Leaseholders – you are responsible for maintaining and repairing your boiler.
